Lead Sources

We have a team dedicated to the recruitment of new introducers to generate lead sources for your business. Working with over 1,400 estate agency branches across the UK we are well established in the sector and work with introducers to add revenue and support the sales process.

Our partnership agreements are based on a shared ambition to develop your business. We work with our business partners to establish a realistic growth plan and put the necessary tools in place in order to ensure that potential is realised.

Business Consultancy

Learning and Development

With our own in house learning and development team, MAB provides bespoke training solutions to support and develop your team, from initial Academy induction through to ongoing training and competencies programmes.


We have a dedicated adviser recruitment team, who can manage and support your recruitment needs, sourcing candidates, screening CVs and conducting interviews.


As a MAB Appointed Representative, you will be allocated a dedicated Field Compliance Manager who will work with you to manage all aspects of the compliance process.
