We were first attracted to MAB by their focus on technology and the future of the broker market. We shared MAB’s view that the way in which clients interact with brokers is changing and if we were not in a position to adapt to this our business levels would slowly begin to suffer. MAB’s focus on technology, allowing our clients to choose how they transact business with us, was a key part of why we decided to join MAB and now that we have begun to write business on their platform we can really see how their systems are improving the efficiency of our company and will help make each client interaction more productive.
We have found our relationship with MAB to be a refreshingly good one. Having worked in financial services for a considerable length of time, I took a career break. I decided to return to the industry last year and re-sat my CeMAP qualifications last year and a friend recommended Mortgage Advice Bureau to me as a route back into advising.
